Bessie’s Diaries – A lifetime in Eastbourne

Bessie was born in Eastbourne in 1901 and throughout her life lived in the town. She not only kept diaries but was also a keen photographer. Bessie left her grandson Kevin a huge family history archive of books, drawings, commonplace-books, photographs and documents which document her life in Eastbourne and are the source of this richly illustrated talk.
